Students who are entitled to enroll as a result of their Higher Education Institutions Exam 2020 placements, who are in quarantine due to Covid-19 or who cannot register due to their excuses, have been granted the right to enroll by YÖK( HigherEducation Institution). Students who wish to register are required to apply to the Registrar's Office in person or by mail, with a petition stating their valid excuse until the end of work, at the latest on Friday, September 25, 2020.

Required documents:

• Statement of Excuse

• Certificate of excuse (if available)

• Photocopy of High School Diploma (or E-Government printout)

• Copy of identity card

* Candidates who will enroll in programs with special terms and conditions must register in person with the necessary documents.
